Our renovated conference room is an excellent venue for various training and meeting events.
The meeting room can accommodate max. 20 people at a time.

Hotel Emilia is also suitable for business travellers, as well as local companies, offering excellent conference facilities for meetings and conventions. Our meeting room on the second floor of the hotel offers meeting facilities for up to 20 people.
Our meeting room is equipped with the most common meeting equipment, WiFi connection, and a flat screen TV that can be connected to a laptop with HDMI connection.

- Coffee and savoury coffee sandwich 8,80 €/person
- Afternoon coffee and house sweet 8,80 €/person
- Use of meeting room with basic meeting equipment 70€/2h (additional hours +35€/starting hour) or full day (e.g. 8-16) 240€.

Confirmation made at least one week in advance will serve as the basis for invoicing, for which we allow a 10% deviation.
If necessary, the order can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the start of the event. After this, we will charge the customer 50% of the value of the reserved services for the canceled event. For events canceled less than 48 hours in advance, we will charge 100%.
