Grounds for keeping the register
- The person has stayed at the Hotel Emilia
- The person has subscribed to the mailing list, for example by participating in a competition at a trade fair, leaving their contact details and subscribing to the newsletter
- The person has been included in the marketing register on the basis that their work email has been extracted from the company's website or from publicly available internet sources and they have been sent communications related to their job.
Purpose of the register
The purpose of the register is to maintain Hyperman Oy's customer register and to archive and process customers' accommodation reservations and manage the customer relationship. The data may be used for Hyperman Ltd's customer communications and to provide more personalised, targeted content on our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.
The data in the register may be used in Hyperman Oy's own registers for the purpose of targeting advertising, without disclosing personal data to third parties. Hyperman Oy may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships. Some of the register data (e-mail address) may be transferred to the partner's servers due to technical requirements. The data will only be processed through technical interfaces to maintain the customer relationship with Hyperman Ltd.

The newsletter can also be sent to potential business customers whose work e-mail address is taken from the company's website and the subject of the newsletter is considered to be related to the person's job.

Disclosure of information
The information in the customer register/marketing register is used only by Hyperman Oy. The data will not be disclosed outside Hyperman Oy.
The personal data of the data subject will be erased at the request of the user, unless legislation, open invoices or recovery measures prevent the erasure of the data.
Protection of the register
The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the register is subject to user rights granted by Hyperman Oy. The register is located on services managed and password-protected by Hyperman Oy. Access to the registers is only available to persons who are authorised to do so. Passenger cards registered at the hotel are kept by law for a period of one year, after which they are destroyed.
User rights
To the extent permitted by law, the person in the register has the right to inspect what information we have collected about him or her. The person has the right, to the extent permitted by law, to request the correction or deletion of inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated personal data.
Each direct mail we send has a link that allows the recipient to block future direct mailings. You can also opt-out of having your personal data processed by Hyperman Ltd for direct marketing purposes by sending an email to myyntipalvelu@tawastia.fi.
