In our sauna cabin you can hold a meeting for up to ten people in comfort and convenience. The cabin also has a balcony overlooking the promenade.

Hotel Emilia is also suitable for business travellers and local companies, offering excellent meeting facilities for meetings and conferences.
Our sauna cabin has the most common meeting equipment, WiFi access, and a flat screen TV that can be connected to a laptop with an HDMI connection.
In addition to the cabin, you can also book for your party sauna.

- Coffee and savoury coffee sandwich 8,80 €/person
- Afternoon coffee and house sweet 8,80 €/person
- Use of meeting room with basic meeting equipment 70€/2h (additional hours +35€/starting hour) or full day (e.g. 8-16) 240€.

The customer has the right to cancel the confirmed event subject to the following cancellation conditions:
Confirmation made at least one week in advance will serve as the basis for invoicing, for which we allow a 10% deviation.
If necessary, the order can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the start of the event. After this, we will charge the customer 50% of the value of the reserved services for the canceled event. For events canceled less than 48 hours in advance, we will charge 100%.
